There are no artifact, you probably mean red color flaring. This is common know issue for K3 Pro (S912). It was reported also for Android DTV apk.

My box also has this illness. I found it also in T95X (S905x) box. It have to be hw construction flaw. I was thinking about overheating, but keeping CPU temp < 50°C didn't remedy picture. I've never got this issue on S905/S905D. My recommendation is to replace K3 Pro with K1 Pro, the best box with sat tuner. Or buy cheap S905 for frontend and use K3 Pro as a backend server.

It might be a little off-topic.

Unlike DVB, there's no TV Box with built-in ATSC TV tuner available, so ATSC USB TV tuner is your only choice. I'm using Hauppauge HVR-850Q USB TV Tuner with Odroid-C2 running Raybuntu's Leia build and K-World UB435-Q V2 ATSC TV stick with Rock64, also running Raybuntu's Leia build. Both got successful result. I also implement PVR (with a USB hard drive) with the Odroid-C2. However, ATSC tuner is not very common and I doubt it's still available.

I think there's are some experts on this forum, like edit4ever and CvH.

Update notification with the file successfully downloaded.

8.90.3

Rebooted with the screenshot error.

That file then gets downloaded again with the notification and reboot causes the same error and result.

I then turned on Auto Updates after your reply and immediately got notification of update and then notification of update downloaded.

Rebooted and it successfully installed 8.90.3

If someone needs the NEW libwidevine ARM libraries, which work with Amazon VOD and Netflix:

Tested on 8.90.3 (S905X) with the additional explicit setting in Sandmann's Amazon VOD to store credentials instead of using cookie.

Having poor WiFi performance on this build on

M8S pro L.

Is there a way to rip the WiFi drivers from 8.2.2.3 where the WiFi works OK?

Been using a dd-wrt bridge repeater on the lan port, but that is causing problems for other devices on the network.

Prefer to use this version as 8.2.2.3 wouldn't Passthrough digital audio on my box.

May be there is a solution: X96 mini - green/pink lanes on picture

It's for S905W but it works for S912 too. Currently testing
