I have configured my remote to the last version but I have problems with the delay of the key press.
It's going too fast. Navigating from the menus a single click is detected like long press.
huge delay like

Also not helps.The remote is using nec protocol.
Any clue?
try to increase -P : ir-keytable -D 100 -P 400 or ir-keytable -D 500 -P 200
I have Samsung remote and I can't find any values too, meson-ir detects every button as double clicked. -

I have Samsung remote and I can't find any values too, meson-ir detects every button as double clicked.Just same TV manufacture, Samsung.
I have tested a lot of combinations, with higher values, looks like not is working fine.

I use the new one. But 'new' gxl_p212_2g_nand.dtb won't work for me like all older versions do... -

DTB is updated with most releases, if your running an old DTB it won't have updated because it will be missing the identity string and then that's obviously what has caused your issue. You should never install to internal on NAND devices anyway.

This means we don't only have to use the latest dtb when we update - we can only update if there is already the recent dtb version (corresponding to 'old' install) installed?

Looks like Samsung remote has a big(or small) release_delay time
GDPR-2, is it possible to change/add this value in driver code in the future? as it was for old driver.

That's your kodi log not dmesg
And that's the Wi-Fi band not the chipset
If I power up the box with ethernet I can ssh.
When I switch to wifi or if I power up without ethernet, when I loose my wifi internet connection I can't ssh anymore with ethernet. With ethernet I still have Internet. I can't shh or ping the box after I loose the wifi internet connection.
Can I get the dmesg without ssh ?Also I have issues figuring out my chipset, I think it's Realtek RTL8723DS or RTL8723BS. How can I be sure ?

Wifi still broken since 8.90.2 on my T95 device.
remote control not working since 8.90.4

Thanx for the link. I store this for later come back.
But i still have the wifi problem. Wifi stops working after 1 min inactivity. It must be a power feature, because this happens on every wifi adapter i tried out.
edit: i found the link on page 106 about a probably dtb error with wifi. i check that later with different dtbs.

Great! The fix was submitted, so the DTB of future builds should work without needing modification.

The remote is using nec protocol.

Changed Repeat delay to 375 ms and repeat period to 100 ms

Any idea what the issue is here adamg. Just in case you missed it with all these remote postings. Nobody else seems to have reported this.
