There are 4 RK3328 devices with good LE support: MVR9, Rockbox - that are tv boxes and Rock64, ROC CC that are development boards.

That bluetooth will help in future.
You are using the wrong image, it must be rk3328-trn9.
Try this latest image for working remote and wifi.
Older image with working 4K HDR support.

Yes, plus blue led not blinking, default whitelist and ir remote with 0-9 keys, dts linked contain orange dpad remote support.
HDR I see is being worked on, so we will soon have a latest build with full HDR support again

Lots of new codec settings under the Videos menu.

Going back to discussion regarding bluetooth -
Broadcom Bluetooth+Wifi chips will require brcmpatchram service to update the firmware on boot. Else it will not work or will revert to some old firmware. See:

The reason the led is blinking is because of debugging for the developers, it's not a bug, if it blinks it's easier to see it didn't stall and still does processing, it should be fixed for all Rockchip devices later when more changes are merged. There are 2 remotes for the device but LibreELEC can only access one at a time, there isn't the right code in LibreELEC to access 2 ir remotes for one RK device at the moment. That must be added and will be the easiest way or trn9 device will maybe need duplicating eg. trn9b to use the other remote. The led and remote are only 2 line changes.

Sadly though it’s still a hot mess in regards to HDR.
The RKMC on Android 7.1 (via Pine Installer) works near flawlessly.
It’s a shame libre has taken so long and still remains so far behind.
I really enjoy the simple nature of Libre over having a more bloated android setup.
Videos stuffer badly. Most of them are unplayable for me. Lots of screen tearing and pink/green screen washout.
Hopefully this can all be worked out before the platform is left behind for something more modern.

Not Fine - 2160p 50 TravelXP 4K HDR HLG Demo locks up same as PE2 earlier ( I think this CPU related also see 60fps)
Fine - 2160p 50 Sony Mont Blanc HDR 4K demo.mp4 (lower cpu usage)
Fine - 2160p 30 Samsung HDR Picture Quality 4K demo.mp4 (low cpu usage)
Everything 60fps HDR or not struggles or buffers. (But they do play but loose sound sync) very much like Big Buck 60ftps 2160p and appears cpu related with Core 0 taking the brunt but does not appear to be HW decoding at 60fps. (although rkmpp is in use)
In short 24/25/30 and some 50fps are fine, 60fps buffering quite a bit with high cpu core values and HLG not working or merde....
edit: Exception.... 2160p 60 The World in HDR in 4K_HDR10.mkv (Played fine with around 50-70% core 0)

just tested this on my rock64.
Did some tests with live tv sd channels deinterlacing still not working (greyed out) no setting to set proper deinterlacing.
Disabeling hw acceleration sd channel an hd channels aren’t starting at all.
With hw accelleration enabled hd channels playing smooth.
With zapping through channels in the end it ends up with artifacts.

It seems to be that “demo” files play well, while files one would actually play for entertainment (“real use”) don’t play well.
I haven’t tried any “demo” files because my rock64 is for entertainment use, not demo use.

fyi I ironically gave up on RKMC on 7.1 and 8.0 for the same reasons...(although I don't have it loaded but not sure RKMC 7.1 has HDR enabled (maybe an earlier one did was it Ayufan's or Stock?) but I think it plays back without HDR (No HDR popup screen logo etc)....not 100% on that but worth a thought.
All those demos work on the my 7303 (kodi Android TV) / B6 OLED (Built in player) / and Shield TV Android.
What would be useful would be to compare frame rate codec information. O on the Kodi keyboard (sorry...if you know) during playback and also confirming the CEC info on your TV. This will at least allow for a common frame of reference ?
