Fair point. I misread initially when going through this thread, and mistakenly concluded that it was marked as 'resolved' because the author had simply downgraded. I now see that was someone else.

Hello I have same problem, with 4k crash, I install 9.2.0 version and same problem, if I forward system freeze. Will work the 4k or UHD files? Or may be better buy a Raspberry 3 ?

Has this been fixed with 9.2.3 or do I need to stay with 9.2.0 to play 4k videos properly on rpi4?

I take it the 'Large fonts' you speak of are the ones in place of an image to help id a user. If that is the case it is a function of the forum/message board software not something that a user does.

I am using a Pi 4 on my Yamaha RX-V681 with HDMI support for 4K60p and output to my Panasonic DXX789.

LE 9.2.2 is not offering 60 fps though I have added to the config.txt "hdmi_enable_4kp60=1". Any idea what is the problem in the chain

and do I have to put hdmi_enable_4kp60=1 in a special place in config.txt???

Da Flex: Maybe but I have used the external method via Wein text editor and do not know precisely where to put the "hdmi_enable_4kp60=1".

Streaming content is not my cup of tea in KODI/LibreELEC since I want to test 48/60/120p content.

Da Flex, I have already updated to LE 9.2.3 but I cannot choose 4K 60fps in the settings Is LE really updating itself without recreating a LibreElec SD?
