  • Help needed.

    I have: ODroid-C2 + August DVB-T210 DVB-T2 stick (seems to be Geniatec 230?).
I need: A working built with support for that hardware. Perferrable not an alpha built, but if it's necessary...

As mentioned, 7.0.2 is enough for me.

Why do you post in this thread? The Odroid C2 has no S805, it has a S905 SOC and is official supported.

  • It is possible to use one of the build on Minix NEO X6? As I see it's working on Amlogic S805 with 1 GB RAM.
    Thanks for your answers.

  • OP updated with a new build that includes a major set of patches that improve playback considerably. All thanks to @Peak3d who developed the patches. The build has also all updates from LE master branch.

  • Thanks successfully updated MXQ box and manually copied over remote.conf afterwards
Context menu button isn't working; there is a line in remote.conf 0x49 46 ;MENU
I'm thinking this needs changing, any ideas?
    Cheers

  • People with remote control issues:

    • reboot your box
    • press the buttons that do not work (and note the order of pressing)
    • post result of the following: dmesg | paste and cat /tmp/remote.conf | paste

I have checked my boxes and all factory remotes work fine, I really need the logs to debug this.

  • ok so the home key doesn't work aswell:
    [ 310.635563@0] remote_send_key
    [ 310.635743@0] press ircode = 0x53, scancode = 0x00ac, maptable = 0
    [ 310.635823@0] remote_send_key sleep:0

  • I've installed 7.90 beta1 as an update to 7.0.3.1 (MXQ version) running from SD card. 7.0.3.1 also runs from NAND.

The NAND version offers reboot and reboot from NAND when I select the power icon on the kodi main screen. The SD version only offers reboot.

Is this what should happen? I'm sure that I remember both versions offering reboot from NAND when I've used dual boot before.

  • Did some testing of Beta1 on my wetek hub yesterday. I was surprised how well this version coped with my file collection and tv setup.

    • no problematic files found (hevc main and main10, h264 both 8 an 10 bit, mpeg4 in mkv and mp4 containers), chapter and manual skipping worked fine. Will continue testing with some of the older files (divx5, ogm and avi containers)
    • MPEG-Dash with the latest inputstream for raspberry pi2 from kodinerds.de works fine with the youtube plugin (1080p youtube, yay!)
    • twitch.tv plugin works fine, but I had one hiccup: when I selected a live stream that I played before, it offered to "continue at X:XX" (the duration of the last time I viewed it) and when I selected it, the box froze completely. Never saw this on Jarvis, but suspect the plugin as source of the problem. Sadly, it is not easily reproduced
    • PVR with the tvheadend plugin works flawlessly, tested SD mpeg2 (576i), HD (h264 720p and 1080i) and 4k DVB-S2 transmissions). Channel switching times are slightly more than the latest Jarvis version
    • all remote buttons worked

Did not test audio passthrough yet.

    Sorry, wrong thread...
