No, not implemented.

Which version of Android do you recommend to be running with LibreElec ? That by default will be running LibreElec if the sd card is inserted.

No Android is needed, nor used, to run LibreELEC. The complete Linux based OS is on the SD card.

It has been removed on purpose because it was unreliable across the different S912 boxes, causing more harm then good.
