Hi, something odd I did not read in this thread. A LE 11 X11 image exhibits addon installation failure messages where as a LE11 GBM addon installation works as expected.
My IP is xxx.xxx.150.173
-
Not sure if this is a related issue or not, so please bear with me…
I've been attempting to install the following add-ons at different times over the past 24hrs, but always get an instant "Installation failed" message back on-screen:- System Tools
- Raspberry Pi Tools
My Pi 4 recently automatically upgraded itself to LibreELEC v11.0.0 after running the v11 beta for a few weeks beforehand. Prior to installing the beta, I was able to install the above add-ons when running the stable releases of v10.
Both of these add-ons in the Add-Ons 'search' detail view are noted as v10.80.12.0 – is this a LibreELEC/add-on version mismatch issue, or could I be experiencing problems with the Add-On server like others?
My IP address is x.x.60.241 -
Hello! Installed version 11 on rock pi 4b+ rk3399

It's something to ask Kodi devs via their forums. Their feeds are nothing to do with LE.

I'm running a clean install of 9.2.6 on a RPi zero w 1. This seems to install and run OK and I can play videos from an attached USB memory stick.
The issue is that I cannot successfully download & install the add-on for NextPVR.
I get the following error "Add-on couldn't be loaded. An unknown error has occurred".
My IP address is *.*.60.144
Log files have been uploaded here: http://ix.io/4sYy & http://ix.io/4sYz.
These seem imply that NextPVR has been installed, but it cannot connect to the server.
I can connect from other devices on my network using the credentials listed (192.168.1.56:8866)

Hi.
LCDProc install fails.
Log states: Requested path https://addons.libreelec.tv/11.0.0/Generic…dd-11.0.0.0.zip not found in known repository directories.
IP: x.x.0.56
Another one. HDHomeRun install fails.
Log states: Requested path https://addons.libreelec.tv/11.0.0/Generic…un-11.0.0.0.zip not found in known repository directories.
IP: x.x.0.56
Thanks very much.

This issue seems to persist, right? I've just updated my old Wetek Play 2 with LibreElec 11.0.3 (thank you for that!). But after installation of three or four addons, no further addons can be installed.
What is your bantime for this rate limit? Seems to be more than one hour
My current public IP is x.x.56.32.

When I click on LibreELEC ADD-ons it says "Could not connect to repository". It only does this from my two OrangePi3Lts, from my Rpi4 it works fine. Been trying since yesterday. IP Address xxx.xxx.165.224. Thanks
UPDATE: this might be a non-issue. I updated the Opi from v11 to the latest v12 nightly, and now the repository is working fine.

Really sorry for spamming this thread, but it is the most relevant one for what I want to ask.
On le 10 generic x64, which package contains glxinfo? It was on virtual.multimedia-tools on le 9, but now I can't find it.
I want glxinfo's output to check which mesa version le 10 is using. The same applies for le 11, although I want to find the answer for le 10 first.
I am interested in 2 things for each version: the kernel it uses (uname -r) and its mesa version (some line in glxinfo -B).

Use the branch/tag selector to move to another (release/tagged) point in Git history. Use "git grep" to find things in build-system sources. The "mesa-demos" package provides glxinfo.
-
Thank you
May I now ask were is the mesa-demos package?
-
As already hinted.. "git grep mesa-demos"

Thanx a lot for help.
-
Probably fixed by https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/pull/6159 which has gone off the team radar..
-
Thanx for the hint.
Means I have to wait for the next update?
At the moment I can't install any addon.

Maybe that atached kodi.log snippet is helpful?
