Do you want to use the box or just enjoying the specifications?
(S905X supports 3GB btw)
1. TV remote does not work, can only be computer mouse
It can easily fixed. Read the remote.conf from scratch thread for more info.
kszaq , can you tell me, what is the situation with libreelec for RK3399 with ARM Mali-T860 MP4 Quad-Core GPU?
I found instruction, how to install Ubuntu on FireFly board with that CPU - Firefly-RK3399/Build Ubuntu rfs/en - Firefly wiki .
Does Ubuntu contains Mali-T860 drivers?
Thank you!

I have 2GB of RAM on my smart-TV, but I have issues with Kodi and another apps on it - when I start Ace Stream / Noxbit and Kodi in parallel, sometimes Android decides to kill background tasks, like Ace Stream / Noxbit, so it can't play video properly.
I want to buy a cheap TV-box / dev board with a lot of RAM, to prevent such situatuions.

I have an S912 box and an S905X box right now below my television.
We watching movies on the S905X box. It is flawless with LE. It has 2GB RAM but it could work with 1GB too I'm sure.
The S912 box is better on spec but the LE freezes on it sometimes so I use it only for testing.
The 3GB RAM is unneccesary using LE.

Of course, I know ))).
But I thought, that there could be professionals, who know, how to solve such problem :).
Hi all,
I am new to this forum.
Especially thank KSZAQ for his effort in bringing LibreELEC on S912.
I have successfully burnt LibreELEC on SD card which is working fine.
I have a question...
I am able to boot into my internal (Android) from the option in the power menu "Reboot to Internal"
Is there any way that I can boot to LibreELEC again through (from Android) an app or any other single click method instead of "Reboot update" command in Terminal Emulator?
Help in this regard is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance...
A simple reboot is fine. Or turning off and on.

Those professionals would prefer separating topics in appropriate forums and appropriate threads, keeping this thread limited to S912 discussion in general. You're better off with a separate thread when it gets too device specific.

Completely unsupported and no near-term plan to support.

You're asking questions about hardware we don't support on an OS we don't support. Please go ask in the Ubuntu forums.

Where can I find the latest android for this h96pro+ 2/16gb ?
Can I make an update android via recovery?
Where I can find any working twrp recovery.img for this box?

If I reboot, it boots into Android again NOT LibreELEC...

Since you booted back to Android again, you'd have to perform the same steps to boot to LE again as you have done for your initial boot to LE. There is no way to do this from the Android interface. Multiple options might work for you to boot to LE, as described here:
[HOWTO + FAQ] Install community builds on S905/S905X/S912 device But you'd have to try it yourself as the options that work differ for the different devices.

Fear not, you did it before, you just need to do the exact same thing again to boot to LE and simply not touch Android any more. After a successful boot to LE it will keep booting to LE by default without additional steps.

Find the Android .zip file Firmware update for your device and unzip it. Inside you will find both recovery.img and the dtb.img

Something is wrong there.
If I reboot any of my box it boots to LE. The Android is the one which need the trick (boot to LE and then reboot to internal).
