I've installed barnd new Libreelec 11 and want to use hyperion with that. Unfortunately, there is a lack of some X11 libs in libreelec, so hyperion daemon don't start.
I copied the libraries from another (older) instance and hyperion can start and show some light effects. But - it's still cannot use X11 output, so can't make its main work - light up leds in relation to displayed media. In hyperion I can only use Framebuffer, but it does not work (I guess framebuffer is empty).
Hot to install X11 libs in new libreelec?

You will need to use the Generic-legacy image.
LibreELEC (Nexus) 11.0.1 - LibreELEC
to have X11 as your display.

Yeah, already found it and reinstalled, now its working.
Thank you. -
Hello, I updated from libreelec 10.0.2 to libreelec 11.0.1 and have same problem with hyperion: leds boots with the initial light effects but keep doing it again and again.
I use an intel J1900 CPU with integrated Intel HD graphics, and I think I already have generic x86_64 image installed, may I need to install legacy version?
Thanks in advance

Yes.

Updated to legacy. This build runs much smoother on my htpc, but still have same issue with hyperion.
Tried to reinstall add-on but didn't work.
Edit: solved by installing hyperion.ng service. I can smile again 😊
