If the original install was done some time ago, delete IPTV simple files from /storage/.kodi/addons and /storage/.kodi/addons/packages then reinstall them. Some compile changes mean old(er) compiled add-ons don't like current nightlies; newer versions of the add-on are built with options that work/avoid crashes (assuming I guessed the issue correctly).

I tried that but kodi still crashes.

sometime it helps to setup/install from ground of (on ?) new to remove old cruft what maybe has been collected over years
- if doable ... -

Try to read this thread and follow the adviced steps (valid for safe mode after bootloop):
PostLibreELEC-RPi2.arm-11.0-nightly-20220723-Boot loop after Kodi image
After updating from "LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-11.0-nightly-20220721-06fd018.img" to "I only get a boot loop.
I'm back to an older version.
My WiFi stick "EDIMAX -EW-7612UAn V2" hasn't been recognized for a long time. It still worked with the LibreELEC V10 final.MalocherJuly 23, 2022 at 5:39 PM -
I deleted /storage/.kodi and after reboot I restored le backup.
No improvement.
-
So you probably restored the same what you deleted...
-
deleted /storage/.kodi
then only restored tvheadend/hts + iptvsimple
kodi crashed when starting iptv channel
-
then only restored tvheadend/hts + iptvsimple
try to install them via the repo's after removing /storage/.kodi again

I did so: installed new from repo and only restored userdata.
Maybe an issue with libnettle?

My tests show that the reason is actually gnutls bump - 3.7.6 works ok but 3.7.7 not.
