You wait patiently until 10/12-bit support has been added. Until then you can watch 10-bit content downsampled to 8-bit output, which works fine with the 10.0.0 release.

Thanks buddy. When I open 10 bit movie some time the screen is going on no signal. What do I need to change in settings to solve this issue?

Standard problems are poor quality HDMI cables and inadequate PSU.

The hdmi cable is genuine of raspberry pi foundation and the psu as well.
Do I need to whitelist some resolutions?

You shouldn't have to whitelist resolutions unless you want to.
Please post a kodi debug log after trying to play said media.
-
Is the problem maybe because my kodi UI is set to 1920x1080 120hz

What about that debug log? We don't have a crystal ball in our midst.

In that case yes you will have to use the whitelist

The 4K resolutions I would imagine (plus any others that you think you may need, 1080P, etc).

Sure...
Please provide a full debug log.How to post a log (wiki)1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging2. Restart Kodi3. Replicate the problem4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)
use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link -
I will give a try
Many thanks

Inadequate PSU, does that include the official one for rpi3? I've noticed some weird things happening when an external hard drive is connected. Sometimes the screen turns blank for a couple seconds and the USB remote becomes less responsive. These problems seem to disappear as soon as the USB drive is disconnected.

The official RPi3 PSU (presumably with a USB-C adaptor) is under-spec for an RPi4.
