In any case, the correct procedure would be to recompile the image with the patch. I'll try to send it to the project maintainer.

Does yours shutdown? Mine has the same temp and shuts down. Still not sure if its a temp issue

occasionally it also happens to me that it restarts itself but I don't know if the cause and the high temperature

Use a lighter skin like quartz and see if something changes

I use Confluece like a old Kodi, I dont phink this Is a heavy skin

Have you tried with another power supply ?!

Regarding temperature, I renewed the thermal paste of the heat sink and the CPU is fresher

the fact is that with kodi in android the temperatures are not so high, so it depends on libreelec

I own a A95X R1 with RK3229.

I run on ARMbian linux OS (I load it via SD card boot)

I does an image with rufus 3.11 and the LibreELEC-RK322x.arm-9.2-devel-20200427220101-b7186bc-rk3229-a95xr1.img.gz

I tried with LibreELEC-RK322x.arm-9.2-devel-20200427213549-b7186bc-rk3228b-v88marsII.img.gz

too, on a SD card

but when I boot with the SD inside, it's black screen, nothing appeare. No blue led flashing.

sorry ignorance but what image should I download for the mainline kernel?

aldelph if you somehow modified your internal emmc/nand in order to boot armbian use le images will no longer work, since the bootsequence is different. my images are intended to work on an unmodified internal storage. so to get it booting: revert internal storage back to android or erease it completly. also I'm not sure if rufus works for writing le images - you should use LibreELEC USB-SD Creator! – LibreELEC for that purpose.

can you teach me how to extract dtb from image and use it to boot libreelec? v88 mars is the only bootable one i can find from your repo but my box restarts after a few seconds. i tried extracting dtb using rockchip android tool in windows and replace the existing one in the v88 mars image but it doesnt boot.

If it doesn't work either, attach your extracted dtb here ... I'll have a look on it. Transforming isn't that easy: you'll have to know both kernels (4.4 and 3.10) in detail.
