Stay to LibreELEC logo with W95

I have so far configured two W95 boxes. They run Libreelec just fine, including the latest 8.90.6. Mine are used for IPTV with Zattoo using the PVR Module. Built in Wifi is not very good. Instead I use a kebidu Wireless Dual Band 802.11ac USB adapter from AliExpress. The long antenna helps with reception.

It works well with the good file and gxl_p281_1.dtb ... It makes me angry to have spent some times !

But I would like to use Kodi 17 so 8.2.3.1 build, is it possible to use your dtb with this old version ? Thank you

No, try the P212 DTB from kszaq.

DTB from 8.90.x will not work on 8.2.

Are you using a 4k TV?

interesting I know some S905W boxes will not boot 8.2 image with the p212 dtb but mine does.

8.2 builds have been largely abandoned as work is focused on Leia, I have no intention of working on it In afraid.

Leia is your only option.

No problem, I send it back to Amazon. I bought S905X 1G less expensive than S905W 1G and it work perfectly. But I know S905W work with Leia build if I need it in the future

this dbt works on my w95

gxl_p212_2g.dtb this dbt vor LibreELEC-S912.arm-8.90.6.tar

my box running only by glx_p212..... on my W95 box S905W cpu lol Nice bugy

I can't boot the USB with libreelec the w95 goes to android menu at start.

How did you do that? Although I pressed the reset button during boot, I do not get that does not turn on the Android menu.

Suggest you buy a S905X for much easier compatible if you wish to use stable Kodi 17.x. The reason is mentioned below (so CoreELEC is your only options):
