I can't seem to be able to set my IP address manually on LibreELEC (Krypton) v7.90.002 ALPHA. There is no visible "save" button and this by the way is on a fresh install.

Sounds like possibly a skin issue, are you using estuary? Maybe skinning for le settings is incomplete. Try confluence and then you can switch back.
I am using estuary. I will switch to confluence and see what happens.
I also have another issue where my amp is not switching over to DTS, DTS-HD master, Dolby etc. It makes no difference, all my movies play back as Multi-In audio. I suppose I would have to start a new thread and provide logs at some point, hopefully tomorrow.
Thanks
It's been fixed, just wait for 7.90.003
Awesome! Thank you.
Alternatively you can probably set a static IP via your router's DHCP settings. I prefer that method myself, as works for all devices and it's persistent if and when I change os or re-install.
Confirmed that it works in 7.90.003
You may need to update LE as there is not yet an image (Only 7.90.002) so use LE Config in Kodi.
Thank you, I'll give it a try.

I still can't get my amp to switch over to DTS.
I still can't get my amp to switch over to DTS.
How is this related to the IP address?
hmm....by maybe reading my post and then the response.
So where is the new thread with the log files? Or at least some more details, like how the amp is connected?
I did not provide any logs as of yet.
Also, it doesn't matter how my amp is connected. I am using the same setup with Eden, Gotham, Helix, Isengard and Jarvis and it works just fine.
I will upload ly log file soon.

yes...without them it's only guessing. And I would recommend to start a new thread. Users who might be able to answer this probably won't look at a thread which is IP related
Hopefully I did this right, but here is my log file. I did update to milhouse's LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-8.0-Milhouse-20160715213952-#0715-gde6f79d which didn't make a difference because DTS stll doesn't work for me.
Thanks.
Did you enabled any specific logging? The logfile is way to long for just booting, playing a dts file and grabbing the log.
Could you also please show some screenshots of your audio settings
I will upload some tomorrow, but it is setup correctly. I have been using OE with the same setup for over 3 years now. Also, my current OE setup is Isengard and Javis, and they work without any issues.
btw: What specific logging should I enable?
Thanks,
Shedrock
none...I was only wondering because of the log being that long...
If I take a look at this at Line 201 in your log, which seems to open a video stream and then take a look at line 216:
14:38:07 39.683319 T:139990796261120 NOTICE: Creating audio stream (codec id: 86020, channels: 6, sample rate: 48000, no pass-through)
There don't seem to be any passthrough.
So if you are sure you have passthrough activated, are you sure you have "sync playback to display" deactivated. As this will deactivate passthrough
In the explaination of that setting, it's said:
"Synchronise video and audio to the refresh rate of the monitor. VideoPlayer won't use passthrough audio in this case because resampling may be required."
And if I saw it correctly, you have VDPAU and VAAPI enabled. You only need one of them. In your case, as you use Intel GPU, you don't need VDPAU. VDPAU is for NVidia and VAAPI is for intel.
But get us the screenshots. They will tell most, I guess. I'm not the biggest guru in understanding any part of those logs
