Record TV from where ?
Using what hardware ?
Read this page. It seems the API has changed and the Qobuz developer hasn't updated the addon (yet).
If the pixelation happens only when streaming videos from your addon and not with local or networked media, then the problem is with the addon or your internet speed.
I found this info on ethernet cables :
For Ethernet copper cabling when used for 10/100/1000 BASE-T, the maximum allowed length of a Cat 5e / Cat 6 cable is 100 meters (328 ft). This consists of 90 meters (295 ft) of solid "horizontal" cabling between the patch panel and the wall jack, plus 10 meters (33 ft) of stranded patch cable between each jack and the attached device.
It must be 100m (328ft) or less in length to be certified. It is possible a longer cable will work, but it is not guaranteed. Shorter Cat 5 cables may also not work if there is a lot of Electromagnetic interference (EMI). Signal attenuation appears to be the limiting factor, too much signal loss and you can't guarantee 100 megabits per second.
My advice is to try another ethernet cable - maybe one that has better shielding
DSD files play on Libreelec and there's a SACD ISO plug-in that only plays some 2-channel files. It's in the works here:
Make of PC ?
Why such an old version of LE ?
Receiver / TV make and model ?
Have you tried a stable release instead of a nightly ?
Try using a USB extension cable. Your problem could also be interference or a marginal signal.
Ripping CD's, DVD's and Blu Rays is very time consuming. I found that ripping music CD's was well worth it. DVD's and Blu Rays not only take longer to rip but playing the ripped copies back using Kodi is very clunky since the menus don't always work properly and it's really slow to navigate, especially music DVD's. I hand picked the few I really wanted to watch more than once and ripped, and converted them to MKV with chapters. This really took some time but the end result was excellent. MakeMKV is the program I used. You may have to buy a license to use it now.
I chose to rip my music CD's to FLAC (lossless). The FLAC files are quite large compared to mp3, so you'll need more storage space for them. I'm retired too and my old ears can barely hear any difference between a good mp3 and a FLAC file.
I googled "3840 X 1608 Kodi" and found that thread. It sounded similar to your complaint. It may not be your problem but may be worth a look.
Are your problem files HDR ?
Although not listed on Kodi's Banned Addons, this appears to be one. Any "app" or addon that allows watching copyrighted movies is against Libreelec (Kodi) policy.
