Tvheadend server problem with autorecs and timers

  • First some general info:

Version running is HTS Tvheadend 4.3-2180 ~ LibreELEC Tvh-addon v12.0.0.3

Running on an X99 tv box obtained from AliExpress some years ago. It uses Rockchip RK3399.

Using Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD Dual Tuner (USB), connecting to DVB-T in Auckland, New Zealand.

    Using web interface.

EPG and doing recordings directly from that works fine. Both single recording and an Autorec.

But from the Digital Video Recorder, Autorecs menu, when I click the Add button, "Loading, please wait..." pops up briefly, but nothing happens.

Also from the Digital Video Recorder, Timers menu, when I click the Add button, "Loading, please wait..." pops up briefly, but nothing happens.

    Log shows nothing.

Any steer on a resolution would be much appreciated.

BTW, running Tvheadend on a Raapberry Pi4 using the same tuner etc, all works ok.

  • /storage/.kodi/addons/tvheadend43 does not exists, so tried: "find /storage/.kodi/addons/service.tvheadend43 -name lovcombo-all.js" - no results. In fact no .js there at all.

So then tried "find / -name lovcombo-all.js" - no results.

Finally tried "find / -name *.js" - found these:
    /storage/.kodi/addons/script.module.urllib3/lib/urllib3/contrib/emscripten/emscripten_fetch_worker.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/js/kodi-webinterface.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/lib/jquery/jquery-3.5.1.min.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/lib/video-js/plugins/videojs-chromecast/cast_sender.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/lib/video-js/plugins/videojs-chromecast/videojs-chromecast.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/lib/video-js/plugins/videojs-chromecast/videojs-chromecast.min.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/lib/video-js/video.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/lib/video-js/video.min.js
    /usr/share/kodi/addons/webinterface.default/themes/base/fonts/icomoon/demo-files/demo.js
    None of which seem relavant.

So a mystery for my too where the file is!

BTW, have I have found a workaround. From the EPG click on the icon of any programme and then on the button. Then go the the Digital Video Recorder tab and click on the button, and edit the line of the auto recording previously requested to tailor it to whatever is required.
