The box runs quite nicely after everything (this PC, router, and LE box) are rebooted.
Only a few hours later it's noticeably slower.
Use it a few months and it can take a good 5+ minutes from selecting a folder until it actually appears and is useable. I've had a quick search around here and haven't found anything much the same.
Where do I start looking for a solution please?
Menu selecting really, really, really, really, (etc) slow

What add-ons are installed?

Is this all that you're after?

And in the last couple of hours it locks-up when ever I try to play a video. I have to reset the box to get it working again.
For example I can get into the TV Shows directory but when ever I select a directory there it all comes to a grinding halt. -
Please provide a full debug log.How to post a log (wiki)1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging2. Restart Kodi3. Replicate the problem4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)
use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link -
I can't SSH into it, I just get this error message.
It all ground to a halt when I tried to select a folder in my TV series folder.
I thought that might happen, the box seems to be completely frozen. -
update putty

That helped lot, thanks!
I left the box for an hour or two and it's finally managed to get into the selected folder. Trying to sort it out now ...
Edit - And got it.

It's not a debug log (so of limited use for diagnosing media issues) .. the only thing that stands out is ^ this sort of thing which is probably missing channel picons or thumbs of some kind in TVHeadend which is causing delays when doing DVB things. I don't see any attempts to play offline media though .. which is presumably what a delay when "navigating to a folder" is about. Debug log needed for that.

Sorry about that, try this one then.

Anyone, please?
I've taken to playing the files off a memory stick, that seems to work just fine. Though it's a pain the rear having to do that for everything I want to watch. -
Anyone .... ?

Week 3.
Anyone please?Or should I just give up and either do a full re-install or find some other brand of software that does the same job?

What exactly is your hardware setup.

Use the default skin.

Haven't ever changed it from that. -

Thanks. The pvr.hts add-on seems to create a lot of traffic. Can you disable it for a test?
If that doesn't work, disable other add-ons step-by-step.

Okay I tried that. I'm not 100% sure what that add-on is so I disabled all the tvheadend stuff.
It's possibly worse now - I navigated to the TV Shows directory, tried to pick a directory at random and waited for it to load. Gave up after nearly half an hour, it was just locked-up.So hit the reset button and tried again but just tried to play a video in the TV Show root directory. It again locked up but after 5 - 10 minutes the video finally started to play. So I stopped it, and tried to get out of that directory, gave up after a good 20 minutes.
I got the log file though, hopefully there's something there that might help. -
