Double NTP and "Wait for network" settings in LE 10

    Hi Guys,

    I have got 2 questions regarding LE 10.0.2 (running on a Raspberry Pi 4, if it is relevant):

    Both questions apply to settings which seem to be exist twice:

    1. NTP:

    Settings -> LibreELEC -> Network -> NTP Servers

    and

    Settings -> LibreELEC -> Connections -> Select your connection -> Edit -> NTP Servers


    2. Wait for network

    Settings -> LibreELEC -> Network -> Section "Advanced Network Settings" -> "Wait for network before starting Kodi"

    and

    Settings -> System -> Power saving -> "Maximum wait time for network"


    Why do these settings exist twice and how do they differ?

    1. First option sets global default NTP servers, and second sets connection specific servers that override the defaults when the connection is the active one. 2. Forces a startup delay in the LE boot process for X seconds; the second (in Kodi settings, not LE) has something to do with power and likely doesn't have any effect on LE since most HTPC devices (RPi4 is a good example) lack power management hardware.
