Raspi 4 does not boot with the HDMI cable plugged in

Hello,

I have bought a new Raspi 4 and an Argon one m.2.

The problem is that it won't boot up with the HDMI cable plugged into my Samsung TV. If I unplug the cable, the Raspi boots up and I can access the shell with ssh.

It works with my old Panasonic.

What is the problem?

It was actually the argon casing.

Disassembled and reassembled, it works.

The adapter board did not have proper contact with the raspi.
