[S812] OTT M8S 2G RAM 8G ROM BCM4335 WIFI

    1080p: work
    4K: I did not try
    Remote: not work
    Wifi: not work (i have AP6330) I do not use wifi
    BT: not work (i have AP6330)
    Howto run my remote?

    Has anyone had no HDMI audio device on the m8s BCM with LE 8? Obviously accompanied with no audio.

    You had a totally different version of the M8S there are 2 major versions on has AP wifi the other BCM, an image (ROM) from one may install (work kinda) on the other, but usually with major issues because the board is different.

    Update with issue, so I tried flashing v7 over v8 to see if audio worked it still did not.
    So I reverted back to full stock, then install v7 and its working fine now.
    I will try v8 again when I have some more time, just wanted to share if anyone else has same issue.

    OTT M8S S812 don`t work "OK", "Volume UP", "Volume DOWN" buttons on remote control in LE 8.0.0. In previous versions work fine. Maybe fixit? Thanks)

    AP6330 WIFI work too.

    Hi all,
    I can confirm that this build (7.0.2) works with the the v8-8 board. WIFI is fully functional and system seems snappy.
    However there is a major piece of functionality missing for me at least. The only PVR support is Myth TV. What about TVheadend ?

    EDIT: OK just found it in the LibreElec repository.

    You can place your own remote.conf in the configuration directory. The easiest way is to enable Samba on your device and use the windows file explorer to access the box.

    I'm talking about physical remote control for device M8S+. It doesn't work. Any solution for this?

    There is no support for 4k resolution and hyperion ambilight with balbes builds. If you need tell me and i Will try compile for you as soon as i Fix my Linux Machine.
