It is but not something worth doing. Realtek drivers are pain to maintain and with different wifi manager in LE10 it won't work anyway. Besides, Lite has only 512 MiB of RAM, which means it won't be maintained for very long. At least not actively.
I installed the image and update on my Orange Pi One and as soon as I installed the PVR plugin for DVBViewer, KODI says it needs a reboot but it hangs. Now the Pi One is booting to a Libreelec prompt and going to safe mode after a few boots.
I have included my crash logs.

I just rebuild addon using allwinner project. Currently repository is actually shared with amlogic devices. I though it would work for all addons, but obviously works only for some.
I'll rebuild all addons and soon upload another update which switches repository to those rebuild addons.

OrangePi One doesn't have bluetoth on board. Are you using a dongle?

As said in OP, only H3 is supported. Actually, A20 should be easy to add, but I don't have any such board, so somebody else should add needed bits.
Hi there. You really are doing a great job here. Although i see few users of Orange pi boards on here, it would be nice to see support for original Lemaker Banana pi (a20) otherwise known as BPI-M1. Which are still around and although are dual core, still are capable boards. If I'm not mistaken they got 1GB of Ram so hoping they won't be taken off the table on here for a while. Also i would appreciate if anyone could point me to some resources on how to "add needed bits". Many thanks and all the very best.

1. Add A20 specific subfolder here: https://github.com/jernejsk/libreelec.tv/tree/hw_dec_ffmpeg/projects/allwinner/devices Check H3 subfolder what it has to contain. You can just copy H3 folder as a starting point and check every file what needs to be changed. You have to definitely remove all Linux patches and add A20 specific ones. You have to add patches from Paul Kocialkowski where he added support for YUV (kernel/git/next/linux-next.git - The linux-next integration testing tree - everything from 2018-11-27 and newer) and support for DRM format modifiers (patches are somewhere on some mailing list, probably dri-devel). Remove all U-Boot patches.
2. Enable A20 specific drivers in kernel config: linux.arm.conf
3. Add boards to U-Boot helper script: LibreELEC.tv/uboot_helper at hw_dec_ffmpeg · jernejsk/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub
4. Extend FFmpeg support for using modifiers in V4L2 request codec. But if you come to this point, ping me and me and others could assist you.

It's powered through microUSB, which is not recommended by me and some others, like Armbian team.
Anyway, board is not yet supported by LE build system, but I think that is easily fixed by one line entry.

Yes, 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR 4.0). The Orange Pi doesn't have a headphones jack so I would like to try to pair my headset via bluetooth.

As there is also no li-ion connector afair theres only the fan 5v pins.
