There is a UI problem in Settings / LibreELEC / Services. The "OBEX Enabled" and "Upload Folder" are not visible.
To reproduce the problem:
1) Activate Bluetooth and reboot.
2) Enter Settings / LibreELEC / Services. The "Enable Bluetooth" is ON, but "OBEX Enabled" and "Upload Folder" are not visible and cannot be changed.
3) To make those menus visible again, disable and reenable bluetooth, but there's a big problem with bluetooth keyboards/mice. If the user has a bluetooth keyboard, disabling bluetooth immediately disconnects the keyboard and bluetooth cannot be reenabled without connecting a wired keyboard or using a remote (if available).
