LG TV Switching input (8.1.x)

Hi vpeter, I have just updated to librelec 8.2.0.1 on rpi 3 and find the behaviour has reverted.

Are you able to compile 8.2.0.1 with the fix i previously applied to libcec or do i need to make change against different version?

libcec-d9407d3

also be curious to see if anyone else found the last fix work for them
