recovery method (2nd variant): if you have "Update" app pre-installed open it, insert SD card with LE/connect USB drive, and choose any ZIP file in the app for update. Your box should reboot to LE.
Try above method.

Recently I did a fresh install of Windows 10 and of LibreELEC 8.0.2 Now for some reason I can't my samba share folders from LibreELEC.
jd17 's issue is the nand hardware confusion. I don't think the Reflashing Android Firmware is what he's mainly looking at resolving here.
I'm sure he will find an Android rom to flash.
His frustration is , the box is working fine with a device tree for his box specs until the installtointernal flashing fails because of the possibility this box has Nand internal memory.
The Nand suffix Device Tree doesn't work whilst booting SD Card LE on his box.
He just wants to come to a conclusion that Nand memory in this box is not going to work internally.
Even though there are device trees available for Nand memory boxes.
jd17 Try to reinstall Android (using recovery or USB Burning Tool), then run installtointernal again.

jd17 has nand hardware and i tried to help but got confused with how he will get the nand suffix device tree installed when it does not work on the sd card install. The sequence of installtointernal with the wrong device tree for nand is where i got stuck.
He can't boot up with nand suffix device tree when booting from SD Card.
He gets a Black screen.
I don't know if he can SSH whilst the black screen occurs ?
Maybe if he can, He can issue a command to install the nand suffix device tree ?
I didn't want to give that advice in case he totally bricked it.
Just getting you in the loop as to where he's at with all the missing info.
I think suikerchiller is trying to find install from zip file from home menu Categories / Add-ons / there is only install from repository visible up the top.
From Home menu open Add-ons then choose the little open box icon top left to get to install from zip file menu option.
This is presuming Estuary Skin is being used.
If internal memory of your box is not visible when trying to install to internal memory, try a device tree with _nand suffix.
I thought that the partition is standard, since I did not have to use the _nand device tree?
Did you try nand device tree ?

CAUTION: If your box has a non-standard partition layout, you will see an error when trying to boot from internal memory for the first time. To solve it, you need to boot one more time from SD card and run installtointernal again.
The OP mentions install to internal is not recommended in case partition is not standard.
Now, I am also interested to hear in how far install to internal is recommended as I want to go from external to internal too.
My TX7 has a non standard partition layout and i do as kszaq quotes above.
Not a problem.
First boot without the SD Card gives a corruption error on screen.
Pull out Power and insert SD Card.
Let it boot up and run installtointernal command again.
Power off Box, Pull out SD Card, Power back on.
Works fine.
Internal install is not mentioned as not recommended due to partition being not standard.

But not sure on how to achieve this to install
As there arent many vids on when to press reset button etc!
So I dont know if any of them work as it just keeps saying Sumvision logo at startup then goes to normal screen

Have you burnt the image to SD Card using the LE Tool ?
You press the reset switch then plug in power to box whilst holding reset switch until it boots up LE.
Release switch when it boots to LE Splash screen.
I like the mini m8s ii might try that.

A: For MK808B+ and red-stripe MXQ use MXQ build. For other boxes, you have to experiment with HD18Q/MXQ/m201d builds. m201d build is aimed at boards with 512MB of RAM.
