  • USB-SD Creator not working on OS X 10.13.4

    Thats weired.

    I know post hoc ergo propter hoc but along issues with LE dowload appeared issue with USB-SD Creator under OS X 10.13.4. But it is rather problem of latest version of OS X.

    App launches but none of options cannot be chosen. Only 3 bottom buttons work. Pull down menus not working at all.

  • LE/Kodi box with audio coaxial input.

    Shortly: Wife Acceptance Factor.

    Longer: im checking possibilities to unify appearance of my audio devices. My chosen (eventually) DAC has optical inputs restricted to 96 kHz. Its much more then i need, but many of my FLACs are unfortunatelly 192 kHz. Of course its easier to exchange my hires files, but still it will not improve appearance of audio rig. :)

    On the other side i will buy to my mom LE/Kodi/Netflix box, so i check if I can give her my Wetek Core (fantastic box) and buy another with coax input or just enough box for my mom.

    Just smelling possibilities.

  • Wetek Core LE 8.2.0 and freezing

    Erratum

    I confirm that in 8.2.0 Wetek Core freezes while changing song (i change or next autoplay). 1 correction. After box gets freeze, Kodi reloads. Like in 8.1.2. The issue i described earlier (no reload frozen box) exists in 1 album. So it mamy be problem of these files only.

    But freezIng on changing song still exists.

  • Wetek Core LE 8.2.0 and freezing

    Hi, I have Wetek Core (specs below):

    In previous version of LE (8.1.2) if WetekCore/LE freezed during changing song (in library or not library mode) box has frozen from time to time. It wasnt big deal, because after few seconds Kodi (i saw Kodi screen) reloaded and started working again. In 8.2.0 if WC/LE freezes i wait even 15 mins and reloading doesnt start at all. I have to unplug box to make it working again.

    During freezing box doesnt respond to remote and i cannot log in SSH.

  • General LE music scrapers issue.

    I'm not sure if its LE issue, but moving from OE to LE i lost a certain functionality.
    Its about scrapers. Building music library in OE i got almost all CD and artists artworks. In LE i get only few. Using All music or TheAudioDB, with all options enabled.
    What happend. Or its Kodi (17) problem or its addons problem?

  • LibreELEC (Krypton) v7.90.009 ALPHA and Wetek Core

    Hi, after installing new 009 alpha on Core i have some observations to share.
    1. Thanks for supporting my Sabre 9022 DAC in amplifier over USB asynchro. Now it started working. :)))
    2. Unfortunatelly there is sound (over USB), but with cracklings. So there is some to do. But its progress!. :)
    3. Movies started play do not smooth. In 008 movies were playing flawless.

    Another issue, i think its a Kodi Krypton, is changed player hud. During playing movie i pres OK button on remote of Core and there is no rewind, forward etc buttons (in all skins i tested). I need to start mouseair on remote to see these functions. Is it changed in Kodi?

  • Wetek Core and issues with audio via USB

    I upgraded my Wetek Core to 7.90.008. May be im too noob for digital usb audio and someone would explain me.
    My amplifier with DAC (Peachtree Nova 125SE) can receive audio signal from all digital inputs included USB. LE (LibreELEC) is on Wetek Core.
    Situation is:
    1.
    a. HDMI plugged, Optical plugged, USB (asynchro) plugged to LE box (Wetek Core).
    b. In LE Settings/System/Audio i can choose three options (linked pic):
       
    c. All these options works (hear sound) as my Peachtree is set to Opt1 (optical). Its obvious with ALSA Default as it is optical cable. But as i choose one of 2 Peachtree's source (look on pic) in LE there is still sound.
    As i unplug USB (during playing music, Peachtree chosen) sound disappears. I plug it in again sounds appears. It looks like despite Peachtree is set to Opt1, it uses USB connection. I can set button on Peachtree to USB but there is no sound.
    My question: in case c) does USB audio path work (despite amplifierl is set to optical)?

    A bit hilarious situation (at least for me) is:
    I have connected:
    TV - optical - Peachtree
    and same time
    TV - hdmi - Wetek Core
    As i use TV i can hear sound on loudspeakers (via Peachtree). As i change source on TV remote to AV and run music using LE on Wetek Core (hdmi to TV) still there is sound in loudspeakers.
    It looks like ther is audio path: Wetek Core - hdmi - TV - optical - amplifier (Peachtree).
    My question: Is it really working audio path?

    Sorry for my propably vage questions. English is not my native language.
