Although not listed on Kodi's Banned Addons, this appears to be one. Any "app" or addon that allows watching copyrighted movies is against Libreelec (Kodi) policy.

tekno - I read your 3 posts and have no idea what you are trying to say. You never mentioned what computers are used for Libreelec (Kodi) and your media server (storage) and how they're connected (network). Why are you using Kodi to rip music CD's ?
Using my Windows 10 Desktop Computer and Windows Media Player, I spent 2 weeks ripping my entire CD collection (~100 CD's) to FLAC lossless files and stored them on the same desktop computer, which acts as my media server for my gigabit wired home network. I have Libreelec 9.2.4 (Kodi) running on 2 Intel NUC Mini-Computers and access all my media files using an SMB network connection.

I don't know what you mean?
This is a Libreelec Forum. Are you running Retropie or Libreelec ?

After enabling mouse support in Kodi, my K400 touchpad works just fine with my 3rd gen Intel NUC

My Harmony remote uses the Microsoft Extender Profile for Libreelec / Kodi

I have had these hdmi issues on and off for the last 5 years with my 2 Intel NUC's (3rd gen). Most of the time it affected the video (black screen) but a new Yamaha AVR had no audio unless the Kodi video resolution was toggled up/dn or the NUC rebooted. I use the NUC's suspend feature instead of pressing the pwr button to turn them on. I gave up trying to find a permanent fix and just live with it.

Do you have Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) turned on ? That should allow you to use the Samsung remote to control the NUC without using the Samsung One Connect Box . By the way, you keep saying you installed Kodi but should say you installed Libreelec (version #) instead. Libreelec is the OS which contains Kodi.
You could also use a Logitech Harmony Remote to control all your equipment and eliminate the Samsung One all together.

I use a Logitech Harmony 650 / 665 Remote & a Logitech K400 Wireless Keyboard to input text. Both are plug & play on my Intel NUC's running Libreelec.

This LE thread seems to cover the tinker board RK3288 / RK3399 builds. The very first post says: - No AC3/DTS/HD audio
Early mainline images for RK3288, RK3328 and RK3399
That was May 2019. I'm not sure if later builds fixed that issue or not. I didn't read through the entire thread. You might want to post your issue there.

"latest Libreelec" ?????????????
Did you use the one from here > Rockchip – LibreELEC
Did you post your issue on the tinker board community forum ?

More information needed. Your hardware, network, and version of LE used, etc. What type of "video download files" and where are they stored ?

I have the same problem on 2 Intel NUC's running Libreelec 9.2.3 but my Windows 10 Computer running Kodi 18.7, YouTube Addon 6.8.2 and the same API Keys has no issues at all. Some of the people on the YouTube Addon Forum now claim that making new API Keys solves the problem.

You should post this on Kodi's YouTube Plug-in Thread here:

What version of Libreelec ?
What is your rpi4 connected to and how ?
