TV turns on by itself connected to my RPI3

I recently got some SNES30 wireless controllers which I connected via Bluetooth successfully to Libreelec to play games (Retroarch)

Now I have noticed that when I turn my TV off it turns itself back on again after a few minutes (approx. 10) - why does it do that!? It has never done it before. My controller is turned off so its not like it is communicating with the Pi3. My only means of controlling this is by turning everything off at the mains.

I have looked at the settings under CEC (peripherals) but cant see anything obvious...

Help?

Try disabling the screensaver on the RPi3 box.

how? I don't see any setting for the screensaver...

Screensaver settings are in SYSTEM > Settings > Interface

Since a couple of LE versions, my RPi and my Intel box are creating a small havoc whenever the screensaver engages. LE then claims the active HDMI port on my TV via CEC. Since I don't really care about the screensaving, I just disable it. For some odd reason, the Wetek HUB is acting normally.
