Driver for USB to RS232 adapter instalation.

I had Windows system with Kodi controlled by RS232 signals through USB Serial adapter. I replaced old system by LibreELEC and controller doesn’t work anymore.

I assume that I need driver for USB Serial adapter. I have driver for Linux. How can I install this driver on LibreELEC?

If you're "not a software guy" I'm wondering how you plan to send RS232 events to Kodi?

I can learn. I already found program (MCE controller) which recognize commands from remote control but doesn't send them to Kodi neither WMC yet, as it should according to specs. Still learning.
