Location of addons-system?

There should be an option in Kodi 17 - as there was in 16 - for system-addons-system-dependencies etc. but it is not visible. Where can I find it or make it visible?

It would be nice to get a response from a dev if only to say that the addon system menu option was removed for some reason.

Thanks very much Vpeter - I only use LibreElec so have no other system to compare it to, all I know is that it was there in Jarvis,

Kodi versions are not cumulative, i.e. stuff gets removed as well as added, so Krypton != Jarvis.

If you are looking for Manage Dependencies Settings Level has to be Advanced or Expert.
