Does anyone know is there is an NTSF driver for Raspberry Pi/Linux to support larger (2TB+) hard drives?

There is NTFS support, but it's readonly by default AFAIK. Normally, 2+ TB should not be problem.
If you want to such avoid problems, change to EXT4 disk format if possible. -
I've used NTFS drives for media storage over the last few years with openelec and latterly libreelec - up to 5TB - without problems. Read / write access is standard. Ext4 is great if you don't use windows - for most of us not so much though.

If you have issues with 2TB+ drives the problem will be SATA chipset firmware not the Linux drivers. It's quite common to find older drive caddy's from the era before 2TB drives that have bad firmware. Anything recent should be fine.
