dtech maintains an LE 9.2.8 image for Meson-8 hardware but he's announced support will come to an end with the release of LE13; not sure if the current state will help with issues with scrapers or not (but you have nothing to lose). There is nothing newer from LE as the mainline kernel for Meson-8 is still in a too-basic state for images and progress is glacial.

I recommend that you try a fresh SD card installation and not an upgrade from v8.2.
of download the Universal_k200_2G did fresh install to sd card it does work upgrades it to 18.9, BUT very Very slow
This can be caused by many things, because the SD slot I/O of the box could be slow, but the SD card itself (maybe class 2?) could also be the cause of the slowness.

If you want to install the image into the internal memory, you need to log in via SSH and run the installtointernal script.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: It will completely overwrite the installed OS (e.g. Android), so it will no longer be possible to boot that system!
