[RPi5] Stuttering and pausing every 5 seconds

    Hi,

    I have a brand new Raspbery Pi5 with latest LibreELEC installed via the sd creator.

    I have setup Fen light and all associated settings. With RealDebrid Premium.

    I have it powered by the official pi power supply and I am using the official micro hdmi to hdmi which is connected to a Samsung NeoQLED 4k tv. Input signal plus enabled. The pi is within the official fan case.

    Issue is when playing any content 4k HEVC, 1080p, 720p at any frame rate. I get huge stutters and pauses every 5 seconds. If I leave it paused i still get the same behaviour after playing. I have 10GB up and down internet, 4k on YouTube/TV etc works fine on same TV through tizen os or apple tv 4k. Wifi connected though but small apartment.

    Any ideas? I can't seem to find how to get Debug info but when I look at the performance stats CPU is barely even stressed, and the memory is barely used whilst attempting to play 4k.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
