Hello

I use LibreElec and Kodi. I have a problem installing other extensions. Every time I try to install an extension I get the message "installation failed".

Please help me.

Please provide a full debug log.

How to post a log (wiki)

1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
2. Restart Kodi
3. Replicate the problem
4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link

Sorry,

i have the following message; failed to paste log files, try again.

But the log contains :

2023-09-22 15:08:25.527 T:840 warning <general>: [metadata.themoviedb.org.python]: The Movie Database Python error searching with web service TMDB: failed to reach the remote site

Reason: [Errno -2] Name or service not known

It's all i can do

Not according to the log snippet shared (which is too small to really diagnose anything from).
