Booting error

So i went over to the input on the TV and got this screen.

I unplug the pi and unplug the USB power strip and turn the pi back on without the USB scrip connected and still get this.

You'll see that screen if the bootrom cannot find an OS to boot. It can see an SD card is inserted, so I'd hazard a guess that the card has some kind of issue (or has failed). To narrow the problem, grab a spare SD card and create a new install, and see if that boots?

that was my first thing was to reinstall, but just wanna get other info on that.
