Hi, just wunder why there is support for (Whitelist in kodi) 23.976 hz in som PC hardware but not in others?
And how do one know if there is support in a new PC hardware for 23.976 hz, is there o way to check?

Support for 23.976Hz modes is determined by the EDID data presented by the TV/Monitor on the HDMI connection. Most (but not all) TV's will have a 23.976 mode. Most better monitors support it too. Older TVs may not, and cheap monitors often support only 50/60Hz modes.

ok, thanks, but how come that my XBOX One does not support 23.976 with kodi in the same TV(lg oled b1) as my other pc and rpi3 does?
This is OS and/or driver specific, so Microsoft may be the only one who can answer your question.
