I noticed LE11 nightlies haven't been updated for the Pi since the 15th. Has this been transitioned to LE12 now? Those show the newest build of 3/19. However those are aarch64.

No worries, we are preparing for a LE11.0.1 release soon so we have only been adding critical updates the last week - when LE11.0.1 is out more updates will follow and thus new nightlies will be built (we build new nightlies only when changes are added).

Probably not since we (still) don't understand where the bug is.

Could you please include some symlink from /etc/iwd/main.conf to /storage/.config/iwd for further testing here on RPi4 ? BTW, 'systemctl status iwd' gives:
Feb 16 19:10:58 raspi4 iwd[382]: Could not register frame watch type 00b0: -22

ajbathe A symlink is not needed. Set Environment=CONFIGURATION_DIRECTORY=/storage/.config/iwd with a systemd drop in file for iwd.
