I have been using Windows 10 on my gigabyte brix and just recently installed libreelec on a usb stick and it seems to run great so far but I am not getting any sound. I am able to use the +and- keys to turn sound up and down but get nothing. No system sounds either. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's good to know that Gigabyte only manufactured a single Brix box, so we won't have to bother asking about any further details? Right?
I'm guessing there are now some 20+ different types of Brixes, so please send in a kodi.log file as well as a dmesg listing in order to find out what is going on inside your Brix box.

After the aboce, also some information about how your devices are connected and which other devices are in the chain (TV, AVR) might be helpful. Beside some screenshots of your audio settings.

A Celeron 1037 should have no troubles in audio, I have a similar chipset motherboard and have no issues.
Perhaps try & use another HDMI cable.PS: your uploaded image does not work.

Hi, I have the same issue, but I only have HDMI #0 and HDMI #2 in the audio settings, what did you do to get it fixed, gwilly7?I am not sure exactly, I thought I had tried everything but when mlgae mentioned that audio and video were on different HDMI, I changed the audio to HDMI 1 and it worked. I am at work now or I would add a screenshot.
