Rpi4 and h264/vc1 support

Hi. Rpi4 has h264 hw support up to 1080p, but how does it handle vc1 software 1080p, can it manage it without struggle?

Reason for asking Its impossible to buy a rpi3 now, so the rpi4 is the closest. Im not interested in 4K, only being able to play vc1 1080p smooth...

Of course i can buy a pc for like $ 500 , but i dont want to spend so much, and dont have place for pc .

no need to answer, thanks, Ive read in another thread here that rpi4 is not up to the job without stuggle. I dont want the CPU to work hard anyway.

I will buy a PC instead for the job, or wait till I can buy a rpi3 instead.
