Stuck on startup with no splashscreen

Hey guys,

I have got a RPi 4 with this SD Card: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00…0?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Installed a fresh LE 10.0.0 or 10.0.1.
I use wired Network and the HDMI output closer to the USB-C Port for power.

With both systems I have the problem that, when I power the TV, AV-Receiver, and Pi at the same time the Pi gets stuck on startup.
He just shows "LibreElec (official): 10.0.0" and no LE-Splash screen.
When I then unplug the power and put it back in, it boots fine.
With LE 9.X.X it worked well.

I did not find an answer in the interwebz so I hope you guys have an idea.

Ah yes, this is what I forgot in my initial post.

When AV receiver and TV are "on" before I switch in the Pi then it works.

I already used the HDMI settings in the config.txt from my LE 9 installation but they jave no effect. Maybe they have changed?
