Paste kodi: debugging was not enabled. Do so, restart LibreELEC, and reproduce the problem.
Also, sound output to what? TV speakers, AVR, something else?
Nobody who can help? Any further infos I could gather to tackle this down?
Disable Bluetooth.
Bluetooth is already disabled and always was. As I said exact same configuration works in 10.0.0 and breaks in 10.0.1. So it must be some kind of regression.

I think the sound is routed wrongly. Which devices do you have attached to the RPi?
Only the TV (Lenco LED-2822BK) via HDMI0 which plays the sound on it's internal speaker with 10.0.0 and older. And a ethernet cable, no USB devices or audio jack.
I just had a look at my log, and it also has "Bluetooth Audio" without Bluetooth enabled. So that's fine.
I still don't understand the /dev/serial1 entry. It appears right after an Ethernet error. Can you do a test with disabled Ethernet?
Sure, I unplugged the ethernet cable and disabled cable network in LibreELEC settings. Sound still broken.

You have a banned repo installed. I don't want to name it, but here is the blacklist: https://kodi.wiki/view/Official:Forum_rules/Banned_add-ons
Due to the forum rules, we don't support such systems. Remove all banned stuff. If the issue persists, start with a fresh LE installation.
While non of the devs seam to care I just wanted to warn other useres that the bug still exists in 10.0.2

Did you remove the banned addons?
I don't even know which addon is meant this list is huge. However this issue is definitly not addon related so it sounds like a lame excuse to me.

Did you have the issue if you make a fresh LE installation?
I tried a HARD RESET through the LibreELEC GUI (storage wipe) which should be the same than a fresh install as far as I understand. It did not help.

Please make a fresh LE installtion (mybe with SD Card)
Fresh install on a second SD card sound doesn't work: http://ix.io/3Sf7
Edit: And another with reboot after enabling debug logs because I don't know if the first log covers everything: http://ix.io/3Sfa
