4K = Yes, HDR = No.
There are some experimental images in a thread from smp which enable current Kodi HDR support for some Intel GPUs. HDR works well in some areas, but is still "work in progress" in others, hence we didn't switch from the Xorg graphics stack yet.

Then I stay with my RasPi4 till the situation improves for LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64

In this year? Yes.
In 2022 Intel plans to have its Xe discrete card available.
