Is it really a problem with the RPi4? With Kodi 18.9 on my (exact same) RPi4, the TightVNC (or similar) ran perfectly.

K19 uses completly different graphic stack, not saying it won't work - but you have to try it
Hi, I use the add-on across systems (OSMC, CoreELEC, Windows), now unfortunately it does not work on LibreElec / Matrix. I will hope that VNC will maintain support and be functional in LE again. Thank you for that!
For LE9 i use the "Raspberry Pi VNC" addon ( which uses dispmanx)
But as referred by CvH, VNC stopped working in LE10.
A side note: In Raspberry Official OS, Real VNC works fine, don't know if it is possible to port it to LE10 ....
