A main problem that I noticed with all nightliee is that when I try to transfer a file over bluetooth it fails with normal bluetooth and with obex commander (I am using raspberry pi 4b)

IMO, bluetooth is hardly an acceptable way to transfer large(r) media files. Best to use a wifi network connection instead.

The files I use is less than 1mb actually 800 kilobytes, (it's some subtitles)

To my knowledge RPi Bluetooth is still broken, so better use other transfer options.

Oh thanks for thr uptade but it was working on libreelec 9.2.6 anyway what are the alternatives ways to send files from an android device to libreelec kodi 19?

There are some remote control apps, like Yatse, who can transfer files, too.
