Beelink Mini MXIII WIFI and BT

  • kodiuser1 Thank you for the logs. I can tell that the driver loaded correctly but because you collected the log a bit late after booting the box I cannot see early kernel messages. Can you please try once again: boot the box fresh (connect power) and immediately after collect your log? Thanks. You can delete the logs you posted from Dropbox now. ;)

  • When you say immediately, do you mean before the kodi logo??

  • Hi ksaq, I have exactly the same problem of kouser1. I have a Mini MX III II (I wanted to buy a Mini MX III, but this is what arrived).
I tested your 2016-11-17 develop version.
I had to disable wifi, because Kodi crashed several times (at least it remains stuck a lot of time), and when it started it did not show any SSID in the Connection window.
In any case here the log immediately after boot.

Hope this helps to find the problem.
Thank you very much for all your effort.

  • Thank you both for the logs. I can see where the problem is but I need an actual device to test a few possible solutions. A device is on its way, I should receive it by the end of this week. :)

  • Thankyou. [emoji1]

    Enjoy the coffee! :D

Thank you very much! You are

  • Can you please test this build, all "hacks" should be deleted: 2016-11-24

    @kazaq

The build works I can get wifi but I do have to de-activate and reactive wifi networks.
    Do you need a log?

  • DEcosse Thank you for the tip but I prefer to use the driver supplied by Amlogic. It should work out-of-the-box when compiled properly but the issue is that if uses different cfg80211 than other drivers which requires some hackery to be added for it to load properly.

  • @kazaq I know you have a Beelink Miii ii but did you want more logs from my box for the wifi issue?

  • Actually I got S912 box with Aigaile WiFi but I can at least use it to test Aigaile drivers. For now I don't need any more logs, I need to find some spare time to play with the drivers.

  • Okay. Thanks. Please let me know if you need me to test anything.

Can you clarify kszaq - is this the only build (at time of writing) that has this (latest) version of the wifi code for Aigale?
Or do the subsequent builds (from the 7.02.009 thread) on later days also incorporate these same mods?
(or waiting for a proven final solution before merging with the other test build features?)

edit - the 11-24 is gone now and I loaded & tested the 11-26 development build

WiFi works, but like kodiuser1 found have to de-activate and re-activate wifi networks with each power on.

Incidentally, a handy program add-on is the OOKLA Speed Test - there are a few iterations of essentially the same thing available.
