I've managed to shrink the sda2, but if you look at the picture it says on sda1 mini 242 and max 242. The + sign is ghosted and it can't be changed. I entered 1024 at the space where the 242 is but it just pops back to 242.
Maybe sda1 is mounted, and that avoids resizing. Try to un-mount sda1 (right mouse click menu).

Tried that but there's only a ghosted option for mount.
Set GParted to English language (maybe restart necessary), and make a screenshot of the right-click-menu of sda1.

Ok i'll be back!
So here it is:
I have even tried to open a shell and entering the command unmount but it doesn't even know of that command.
Thanks. The menu looks OK, sda1 is un-mounted.
Shrink sda2, and then execute the shrinking by pressing big green hook button on the right.
After that try to resize sda1 again.

How much shall i shrink sda2?
782MiB.
Did you pressed that button after shrinking?
782MiB.
While i was waiting for your reply i shrunk it 2 times a couple of mb. Here is the new size, Still 782?
Did you pressed that button after shrinking?
Oh yes!
Can you tell me which space and how much i am writing as a value to shrink. I must say i am not TO sure about what is what here.
1) Set "Free space preceding (MiB)" to 782 on sda2.
2) Resize sda1 (+782).
3) Press the green hook button to execute both changes.
PS: Bonus: Set "Free space following (MiB)" to 0 on sda2. So you will not waste any disk space.

That worked, but the last PS did give me a sign saying (picture 1) and the picture 2 is showing how it is now.
What to do to remove unallocated space?
1.
2.
When i enetered 780 at free space following it worked.
Then use 780 and ignore the unused disk space. Sometimes not 100% disk can be used. LE should work with this setup.
My guess is that i will make a boot USB with the latest LibreELEC and start over.
Yes.
Yes.
Thanks for all your help anyway! I've learned something.
Yes.
Downloaded the generic and used the USB boot program but now it says that i should insert a proper boot device and doesbt boot from the USB.
Expand the first partition (sda1) to 1GB. After that expand the user data partition (sda2) to the max.
I don't think GParted will allow you to do that. Otherwise you would overwrite the 2nd partition from the start.
First decrease the size of the 2nd partition, and then increase the size of the 1st partition.
