The auction link has been updated. I wouldn't choose the 2955U (oldish) or the J1900 (linux kernel bug).
There is a chance, but no guarantee, if you can't compile your own LE. The best strategy is to start with a regular Linux, like Ubuntu, and then go for the detected kernel modules on LE.
You could check whether the network controller chip (?) is supported by Linux, before you buy.
PS: I've seen Linux support at your link, so this part is OK. 
LE has capabilities for expanding software function (Docker, etc.) but it is not even remotely designed to be a secure router OS and any $20 dedicated router will outperform and provide a better administration experience. From experience - if you want a router, get a router.
