least expensive 4k hardware?

Hi, What have you guys found for inexpensive 4k hardware that can run libreelec out there? I don't need anything fancy, just a board with a power port, ethernet port hdmi 2 port and a place to plug in a flash drive. I don't need an enclosure or anything, although if they were cheap enough I would buy one (this is getting stuck on the back of a tv, so small is good)
