TVHeadend recordings that don't show in Kodi interface

Am running LE 9.2.3 with TVHeadend (Kodi still on 18.7-1; not sure why it hasn't updated yet). Recently added TVHadmin (GitHub - dave-p/TVHadmin: PHP-powered web front-end for TVHeadend, inspired by VDRadmin.) to a raspberry pi to get a nicer EPG that is offered by either Kodi or TVHeadend with some additional features (EPG search eg). It interacts directly with TVHeadend and is configured to do so using the TVH admin account.

The developer uses OSMC and for him all the recordings made using TVHadmin show up in Kodi's recordings. On my LibreElec installation only those made using the Kodi UI appear via the Kodi UI, but TVHeadend shows them all. It's as if TVHadmin was using a different profile. It's not running on LibreElec (would be nice). It's running on a raspberry pi on the network.
