Remote Double/Triple press on Cubox-i4.

    It has been a while, so i looked at the newest images for Cubox-i4x4 and got one working.....
    not sure if i got the name right:
    LibreELEC-imx6.arm-8.0-7.90.006-sr-3.14-v1.img

    and for the most part its works, except....
    when i press a button on the remote it acting like i pressed it several times.
    The Lirc in the libreelec addon is disabled. so i dont know how disable or
    at least see what else is reading the IR input (which is what i think is happening)

    if it helps, this is the remote im using:

    oh, and if i plugin the extender its acts like i pressed the button four or five times....

    are you referring to the Settings -> System -> Peripherals?
    if so, after trying to mess with the settings, it didnt help....


    i also tried
    "systemctl mask eventlircd.service"

    but that too didnt work

    i also notice that when i stop kodi and ran "ir-keytable -t" press the OK button and got this:

    so what's reading my remote?

    so i learned that by default it loads "/usr/lib/udev/rc_keymaps/libreelec_multi" so i copied that file to "/Storage/.config/rc_keymaps/mce" after editing out the other remotes, i then created a file called "rc_maps.cfg" in the /storage/.config folder. i put this in the file:

    * * mce

    ^ so this mean any driver, any table, use the file "mce" to look up the key....

    Animejin , are you running a xmi6 cuboxi4pro with LibreElec kodiv19?

    no video issues as monocolor "look" and audio spif optical 5.1? (i tried the nigthly builds and all til now (250820) had a video encoder and audio issue. it didn't work properly. the stereo hdmi did work but i have hdmhi1.4 in the cuboxi and no hdmi to my reciever oly spif optical (dvd)

    so i am back to 17.6 kodi which runs for now.
