I have radio addon and when I choose channel then the LE is cold start and from the log I got these lines:

Yeah... Why don't you start by removing all the piracy add-on crap from your Kodi setup first?
Hint: they are the orange-colored entries in your log file.
Kodi has a piracy policy, which is plain and simple: no support when there is the slightest hint of piracy.
Something similar is in LibreELEC's forum rules. You accepted them when you registered onto this forum.
